The Las Vegas Spa Association will host the 6th annual “Tough Love Fitness” – Las Vegas.  This year we will switch it up! Now participants will take part in a group “yoga-wine” exercise class, with a goat.  Seriously, we can’t make this stuff up! The “Tough Love Yoga” class will be led by Super Yogi, Soul Medicine Woman, Creative Muse. Body Whisperer and Storyteller: Nikka Karli

THE STORY:

WOW! After suffering numerous years of “Tough Love Fitness” we are switching it up with a goat and a 50 minute laughter & energy filled class. The event is open to all LVSA members and guests. A post event reception with FITWINE will take place with refreshments and raffle prizes for participants.
