Senior Director of Spa and Wellness
A self-proclaimed desert flower, Jennifer Lynn is right at home in the glittering backdrop of her native Las Vegas. She received a degree in history from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas while simultaneously pursuing her passion for health and fitness by obtaining certifications in personal training, health coaching, nutrition and yoga. Viewing her occupation as a “lifestyle career,” Jennifer practices healthy eating, yoga and holistic rituals in her daily life.
A spa industry professional with 22 years experience in many facets of spa design, brand development, operations and wellness programming. Jennifer has spent a majority of her spa operations career in Las Vegas. In her current role, Jennifer Lynn works for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Senior Director of Spa and Wellness for The Americas with a home base at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. Notably, she was the Director of Spa and Salon Services at Caesars Palace, where she launched the property’s Qua Baths & Spa brand in 2005, receiving the coveted Caesar’s Entertainment Chairman’s Award for her efforts. Jennifer also worked to open prominent hotel spas in Las Vegas, including the Bellagio Resort & Casino in 1998 and Treasure Island Hotel & Casino in 1993. An active participant in the Las Vegas spa community, Jennifer Lynn currently serves as the Board Chairperson for the Las Vegas Spa Association.
