Luncheon Sponsor Opportunities: Cost $5000
Private LVSA luncheons are held at a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip and attended by spa directors, managers, spa staff and retail buyers. The invite list is determined by the LVSA with consideration of specific attendees given to the (one) exclusive sponsoring vendor member.
Vendors have the opportunity to meet individual directors and retail buyers. A 20-30 minute presentation follows during the lunch. Personal background, company history and product highlights are the suggested program format. Luncheons are informal with an emphasis on presentations that are informative, entertaining and fun!* (Average attendance 50-60)
*Tables for product displays, product samples, raffle prize and an AV projector and screen are available.
Social Sponsor Opportunities: Cost $4,000
Socials are held in May, August and December each year. Each event has a different theme and is hosted by a LVSA spa member. All Sponsorships include vendor logos on the web site calendar, invitations and Facebook reminders. Sponsors are recognized by the LVSA at each social and product samples may be provided in take home “goodie bags” for attendees. Sponsors may also provide a gift basket for a raffle prize.

May Spring Social – Vendor Night: Our May Social is our Be to Be event. Vendors have the opportunity to meet individual directors and retail buyers. Sponsorship includes vendor tables or cabanas, product samples and mini treatments. This night is all about you and your products!
August Summer Social – Cool & Casual: The August event is spa employee appreciation night. It is “cool” and “casual”. This is a relaxed evening with activities and night we say “thank you” to all the spas for their support! December Year End Event – Awards Night: The Year End event is our formal awards night. This semi-formal affair is always the biggest and best of the year!
