- Rob you are the owner and CEO at Ageless, how did you get started? It was pretty serendipitous, in the mid-90s I was bartending in NYC before moving to Denver for a pharmaceutical sales position. Looking for a new challenge, I landed a very competitive surgical device sales position, and became enamored with the technical and high-stress environment that came with it. After a few fast-paced years in the operating room, I was presented with an opportunity to help grow Ageless and I jumped at the chance!
- From the company description it sounds like you do much more than product distribution, can you explain? I would say that there are at least 30 great skin care lines out there, what truly differentiates us is our on-going commitment to make every client successful. We work closely with everyone; from spa leadership to the front desk teams. We look to improve upon each client interaction from first contact through check out.
- Anti-aging is such a talked about topic these days, what is your take on what is really possible? To put it bluntly, there’s a lot of consumer confusion out there caused by a good amount of less than ethical marketing and “before and after” photos. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. There is no quick fix – you have to have a systemic approach and stick to it for noticeable and lasting results.
- You studied English lit. If you drag your wife to a favorite play what would you see? Ha, thanks, you just added another task to my next New York trip. It’s tough to beat something like “Rent”, but I would have to consult my New York “insiders” on that one.
