Sponsorship Opportunities

Luncheons (January, June, September) - $5,500

  • January 2026 luncheon is open to all members (no sponsor).

  • June & September 2026 luncheon sponshorships are sold.

  • Each includes a 20–30 minute presentation followed by lunch with all spa members.

  • Suggested focus: product highlights, informative, entertaining, and fun presentations.

Survey Lunch (February) - $4,500

  • Exclusive to spa directors.

  • Includes a 20–30 minute sponsor presentation followed by a two-hour “best practices” roundtable.

  • Known as the most informative event of the year.

Charity Events (March & October) - $1,000-2,500

  • Climb for Hope (March): Scenic hike at Red Rock Canyon followed by a reception. Proceeds benefit City of Hope.

  • Yoga + Reception (October): Yoga class event and reception. Proceeds benefit NextStep Fitness.

  • Sponsor involvement highlights your brand’s support for wellness and community causes.

Socials (May, August, December) - $3,500 - $4,500

  • May Vendor Night: Our biggest event of the year! Directors, staff, and buyers attend. Includes vendor tables, product samples, and plenty of face-to-face interaction. A night dedicated to your brand. ($3,500)

  • August Cocktails & Recognition: A casual, fun social celebrating spa employees. A “thank you” night for all spas with opportunities for vendor brand presence. ($4,500)

  • December Awards Night: Semi-formal year-end gala recognizing LVSA members for leadership, support, and community impact. A prestigious opportunity for sponsors to align with excellence. ($4,500)
